Martin helped reorganize a course into a well-structured and clear program. He had developed several computer-based learning assignments that really helped the students understand the different theories behind the used lab methods. Martin showed he was able to keep a group of students consistently engaged due to his interactive classes with a lot of questions for the students. In these classes, students came well-prepared due to the clear computer learning assignments, which made the lessons a place for discussion and in-depth questions. In addition to the computer assignments, Martin had developed a clear document to prepare all the compounds and solutions for four different experiments that ran simultaneously in the lab. He managed to teach his four student assistants to instruct their experiments to different groups of Bachelor students in less than one week. During the lab days, he played a significant role as a manager to ensure everything ran smoothly. Even though there was a lot of information for bachelor students to learn, Martin kept the students enthusiastic and helped them finish this course successfully.
